Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of experience, technology, and business to join the Multifamily team. The ideal candidate is a visionary yet grounded, drives business results yet keeps customers first, and is comfortable navigating complexity to bring ideas to life. The Product Manager will own and grow a suite of digital experiences for Multifamily customers.

Core Responsibilities

Deeply understand customer needs

Leverage insights, analytics, and customer research to identify and capture pain points and areas of opportunity

Define the problem landscape and determine goals, tasks, and outcomes

Collaborate with teams

Work closely with UX/UI, content, analytics, sales, brand teams, engineers, program, and customer support teams throughout the product lifecycle

Form concrete intentions that are clear enough for teams to know what to do, yet abstract enough that they have room to work out the interactions and technology needed to achieve objectives

Craft a purposeful product vision

Destination set by creating a clear vision for the product

Blend various stakeholder needs into the product narrative and roadmap

Identify the strategic path that compounds decisions and delivers continuous value as we move towards our destination

Shape experiences

Coordinate with stakeholders and contributing teams to build out the experience canvas

Harmonize the solution landscape to address the needs of customers, the business, and the platform

Steward delivery

Partner with engineering and other stakeholders throughout the Agile development process to bring new experiences to market

Own the backlog and drive the sequence of critical incremental deliverables

Drive and socialize success

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment

Regularly engage with and support our colleagues and peers who use and rely on the experiences we craft

About The Team
Xfinity’s multifamily team is committed to accelerating subscriber growth, delivering great customer experiences through reliability, and building next-gen products. Xfinity Communities Concierge (XC2) is a web-app and is the principal space for digital account and service management for properties.
Relevant Work Experience

Experience and exposure to user experience design, Agile software development, learning or curriculum design, B2B or B2C products is preferred
