About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Product Managers based in the United States to support an advanced product and AI-focused project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching products or features, demonstrating measurable business impact, developing product strategy, and working with data and cross-functional teams.

The candidate should also be comfortable with Google Workspace, basic technical workflows involving JSON and Git/GitHub, and AI-powered agent environments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive product initiatives from strategy and requirements through launch and measurement.
Develop clear and structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
Build and communicate executive-level product strategy decks.
Conduct launch readiness reviews and coordinate cross-functional launch activities.
Develop, manage, and prioritize product roadmaps.
Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business objectives, user needs, and data.
Analyze product and business metrics to measure product performance and impact.
Demonstrate measurable business outcomes from launched products or features.
Use Google Sheets for data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
Use Google Docs for PRDs, requirements, and product documentation.
Use Google Slides for strategy presentations and executive communications.
Edit and work with JSON files and structured data.
Use basic Git/GitHub workflows, including committing changes and working with pull requests.
Work comfortably with AI agent environments such as Claude Code, Antigravity, or similar tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured, data-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management or closely related product experience.
Proven experience launching products or significant product features.
Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate business impact using metrics.
Strong experience writing PRDs and product requirements.
Experience creating executive strategy presentations.
Experience conducting or supporting launch readiness reviews.
Experience with product roadmap development and prioritization.
Strong data-analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
Comfortable using Google Docs and Google Slides.
Comfortable editing basic JSON files.
Comfortable with basic Git/GitHub workflows, including commits and pull requests.
Comfortable operating AI agent tools or similar AI-assisted work environments.
Must be based in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLM evaluation or AI evaluation.
Experience designing or applying evaluation rubrics.
Management consulting experience.
Experience working on AI-powered products.
Experience with prompt engineering or AI-assisted product workflows.
Technical Product Management experience.
