Nabat is a climate-tech startup based in the UAE using advanced technology to protect and restore natural ecosystems with precision and scale.

. Our mission is to enable data-driven, science-backed ecosystem management and restoration at the speed and scale necessary to address the critical challenges of climate change, deforestation, land erosion, and biodiversity loss.

Our comprehensive solution -consisting of ecosystem management software, precision aerial seeding drones, AI and ecological models, and restoration services is already being used to plant millions of mangroves in the UAE. We’re building our product development team from the ground up and are looking for a talented, self-driven

Product Manager

to help build and scale Nabat’s next generation of AI-powered products.

This is a

technical and domain-focused product role

. You will work closely with our Data Scientists, GIS Specialists, SW/HW Engineers, Ecologists and commercial teams to turn complex technologies and scientific capabilities into products that solve real customer problems.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in

one or more domains relevant to Nabat

, including geospatial/GIS, climate or nature tech, agriculture/agtech, remote sensing/Earth observation, or AI/ML products.

Relocation to the UAE is required

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Own the product roadmap and execution for Nabat’s AI-powered ecosystem management and restoration products

• Work closely with engineering, operations, commercial and customers to turn complex technology into valuable, scalable products

• Lead product discovery by understanding customer needs, validating opportunities, and prioritizing what to build

• Translate technical and scientific concepts into clear product requirements, priorities, and success metrics

• Take products from concept through launch and iteration, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact

• Identify emerging technologies, datasets, and partnerships that could create new product opportunities

• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape product direction and drive adoption

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a technology, data, AI, or other technically complex environment

• Proven experience taking products from conception through launch, including requirements, prioritization, and roadmap development

• Domain experience in at least one of: geospatial/GIS, climate or nature tech, agriculture/agtech, remote sensing/Earth observation, or AI/ML products

• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineers, AI/ML researchers, and other technical experts

• Experience with B2B products and customer discovery, with a strong understanding of how to identify and validate customer needs

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

• A genuine passion for applying technology to climate, nature, agriculture, and other high-impact real-world challenges
