What We Need
Corpay is looking for a Product Manager - Prepaid to join our Corporate Payments line of business. In this role, the Product Manager – Prepaid will get the opportunity to opportunity to modernize Corpay's Prepaid line of business. This role will shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of prepaid capabilities that help customers, partners, and internal teams launch, manage, fund, service, and scale prepaid programs with greater speed, control, and confidence.
The ideal candidate will bring practical AI fluency to the Prepaid business, using AI, automation, analytics, and rapid prototyping to uncover opportunities, inform product decisions, create key product features, improve workflows, and deliver secure, measurable value for customers and the business.
The Product Manager will serve as the voice of the customer and business, translating prepaid market needs, client feedback, partner requirements, operational constraints, and commercial opportunities into clear product priorities. This role will work with leaders across Prepaid, Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Implementation, and Customer Success to build durable product capabilities and support adoption across Corpay's Corporate Payments portfolio.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role will include:
Partnering with executive leadership to understand the long-term strategic priorities of the Prepaid business and translate them into a customer-centric product vision and roadmap.
Owning discovery, prioritization, and delivery of prepaid capabilities that improve program setup, card or account issuance, funding, transaction visibility, controls, reconciliation, servicing, and reporting.
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities that improve customer experience, streamline internal workflows, and create measurable business value.
Developing AI-enabled product concepts and features supporting practical prepaid use cases, including customer insights, operational automation, guided workflows, exception handling, reporting, and proactive recommendations.
Conducting continuous market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to understand prepaid industry trends, regulatory considerations, buyer needs, partner expectations, and opportunities for differentiation.
Meeting directly with customers, prospects, partners, and field teams to validate product concepts, gather feedback, and ensure solutions solve real-world business problems.
Translating strategic business objectives and customer insights into clearly defined product requirements, user stories, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and functional specifications.
Creating prototypes and early product designs, including AI-assisted prototypes, to validate ideas, test workflows, and accelerate stakeholder alignment before development begins.
Prioritizing product initiatives based on customer impact, commercial value, operational readiness, technical feasibility, security, compliance, trust, and alignment with Corpay’s broader Corporate Payments strategy.
Leading cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, UX, AI/ML, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
Coordinating with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to ensure product capabilities are built according to strategic priorities and deliver maximum customer and business value.
Balancing competing stakeholder priorities while maintaining focus on long-term prepaid strategy, customer outcomes, scalable operations, and measurable adoption.
Defining product success metrics, monitoring adoption and customer engagement, evaluating financial and operational performance, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve the product offering.
Identifying opportunities to incorporate Generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and workflow optimization into existing and future prepaid product capabilities.
Supporting go-to-market planning by partnering with Marketing and Sales to develop launch plans, positioning, customer communications, training materials, and sales enablement resources.
Serving as an internal and external product advocate by presenting product strategy, roadmap updates, launch plans, and customer success stories to executives, customers, partners, and industry audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within FinTech, Prepaid, Commercial Cards, Corporate Payments, Banking, or SaaS.
Experience managing customer-facing B2B software, payment products, card products, prepaid programs, or financial technology platforms.
Strong understanding of prepaid products, payment operations, card lifecycle management, funding models, settlement, reconciliation, compliance, risk controls, or adjacent payment technologies is highly preferred.
Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate product research, discovery, prototyping, analysis, documentation, experimentation, or feature development.
Product management experience delivering AI-enabled, automation, analytics, machine-learning, or Generative AI capabilities in a production environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights, operational needs, market signals, and business strategy into clear product priorities and execution plans.
Experience creating product positioning, value propositions, launch plans, and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to partner effectively with Engineering, UX, AI/ML, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to launch new capabilities.
Experience monitoring product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, market trends, adoption data, operational measures, and financial indicators.
Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging technologies and opportunities within Prepaid, B2B payments, and Corporate Payments.

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 – $170,000, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
