• Candidate must be capable of fully taking over and redesigning the IC process while maintaining ongoing operational effectiveness.

• Looking for someone who can create a seamless enterprise-wide experience while preserving the governance and importance of the process.

• AI knowledge is considered a plus.

• Emphasis on ownership, accountability, and strategic process transformation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience owning and operating complex cross-functional business processes end-to-end.

• Strong process management, governance, controls, documentation, and continuous improvement expertise.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Strong business writing and communication skills.

• Ability to establish structure, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability.

• Advanced Microsoft Office and collaboration tool proficiency.

• Experience evaluating and implementing technology solutions and process improvements.

• Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.

Preferred

• Product development and process transformation experience.

• Automation and AI tool knowledge.

• Experience treating business processes as products and driving adoption of new solutions.
