Product Manager / Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner with strong knowledge of Fund Accounting, Back Office Operations, Fund Controllers, and Finance Operations

.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap, backlog, and delivery.

• Work with Fund Controllers, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Improve fund accounting, reconciliation, exception management, and controller workflows.

• Support NAV, cash/position breaks, operational controls, and reporting.

• Coordinate with engineering teams and manage priorities, risks, and timelines.

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI-enabled productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst in Financial Services.

• Strong Fund Accounting / Fund Controller experience.

• Knowledge of NAV, reconciliation, cash/position breaks, exception management, and controller sign-off.

• Experience with a fund accounting platform such as Geneva/SS&C, Eagle, Advent, Paxus, or similar.

• Strong stakeholder management, Agile, user stories, and backlog management experience.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini is a plus.
