Description
Business Transformation is a strategic group focused on evolving the way we support our sellers and coworkers on our process, policy and technology transformation efforts. This group partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop strategies, build plans, prioritize efforts, implement changes and measure outcomes.
The Product Management Team falls under the Business Transformation group and focuses on defining the long-term product strategy for our digital seller team. The Product Manager - Services role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our products, from conception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with executive communication skills and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. A successful candidate will need to be comfortable synthesizing a clear, logical, data driven narrative out of confusing, ambiguous and at times conflicting information.
What you will do

Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical teams such as Sales, Integrated Tech Services (ITS), Operations, and Finance teams to align objectives and priorities to deliver high-quality products

Comfortable speaking, presenting, and demoing capabilities at all levels of an organization up to C-suite

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIâs) to measure the success of product initiatives against business objectives

Comfortable with hypothesis-driven feature development

Develop and articulate a clear product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trends

Translate roadmap into actionable strategies to drive product growth and innovation

Define and maintain journey maps to understand user journeys by persona

Own and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technology

Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer requirements and validate product hypotheses

Lead strategic vision for our Professional Services domain for release planning activities, including feature prioritization and coordination with agile teams to plan and execute Program Increments (PIâs)

Create and maintain Program Increment artifacts such as feature backlogs, WSJFâs, Sprint Plans, and Release Notes

Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners to develop innovative and scalable solutions that meet customer needs and technical requirements
What we expect of you
Minimum basic requirements

Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience required
-
3+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience
-
Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
-
Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
-
Experience with professional or managed services is required

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders

Capable of taking granular level detail and communicating information at a high level

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to manage competing priorities demonstrating adaptability in meeting prioritized deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft office applications with strong experience in PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to effectively present data to stakeholders for full scenario understanding

Track record of identifying process improvements and making appropriate recommendations

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Preferred skills, experience and qualities needed

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA, Lucidchart are a plus
-
5+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience
Pay range: $124,000 - $170,000 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
