OnePay is launching a subscription product designed to help customers maximize their money across our suite of products. As the Product Manager for this new initiative, you’ll own the day-to-day development of the core experience and help scale it from zero to one - from initial launch through sustained growth and market traction

Own the front-end user experience: signup, account setup, ongoing management

Build and iterate on subscription management, engagement, and retention mechanics

Work with engineering to make informed product decisions and ensure their execution

Drive toward key build and testing milestones ahead of external launch, then shift into post-launch optimization: conversion tuning, segment targeting, expansion to new acquisition channels

Partner on go-to-market strategy: conversion, retention, and growth

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Customer Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to launch experiences that are clear, compliant, and operationally scalable

Drive key development, testing, and operational-readiness milestones ahead of launch

3-7 years of product management experience, ideally building consumer-facing products

A background in fintech/finance products at scale

Strong product judgment and the ability to balance customer experience, business impact, regulatory requirements, and technical complexity

Direct experience on a subscription product: acquisition, retention, and engagement mechanics
