About the Opportunity:

The PRODUCT MANAGER role is responsible for owning a broad set of customer experiences, from foundational workflows such as onboarding and content management to strategic initiatives involving AI and multi-product integration. This position drives product strategy and execution from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solutions. The role contributes by shaping product direction, prioritizing work based on insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end product areas, including problem identification, strategy, prioritization, execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.

  • Drive improvements balancing short-term customer needs with long-term product health.

  • Identify and develop strategic opportunities across multiple products.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers through research and data to inform product decisions.

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to define problems, evaluate options, and ensure product quality.

  • Define success measures and use data to evaluate outcomes and adapt the roadmap.

  • Apply AI and automation thoughtfully to enhance workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of product management or related experience owning customer-facing products end-to-end.

  • Proven ability to identify key customer problems, prioritize effectively, and translate strategy into product direction.

  • Strong customer empathy and ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design to manage ambiguity, constraints, and product quality decisions.

  • Strong analytical skills to define success metrics and guide iteration based on data.

  • Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional partners and communicate decisions.

  • Adaptability and curiosity to learn new domains and incorporate AI-enabled workflows responsibly.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • US Zone 2: $172,900 to $233,900 USD

  • US Zone 3: $153,700 to $207,900 USD
