Product Manager - Utilization Management

We are seeking a

Product Manager IV, Health Systems

to lead the development and optimization of enterprise clinical applications that improve care delivery and operational efficiency. This role collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver scalable technology solutions, focusing on initiatives like Utilization Management, care coordination, and clinical operations, including Epic-based systems.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Defining product strategy, developing roadmaps from ideation to launch, and making decisions on new products or enhancements.

• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, resolving dependencies, and supporting product adoption and training.

• Conducting discovery activities with stakeholders and end users to identify needs and validate solutions.

• Tracking outcomes, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure product success.

• Prioritizing work backlog, solving user problems, and collaborating on research, testing, and design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with at least five years of experience in product management, project management, or related areas; additional work experience may substitute for education.

• At least two years of experience working with agile teams and familiarity with scrum practices.

• Minimum one year in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
