Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical projects, with significant exposure to substations and related equipment (GIS/AIS, transformers, switchgear, cables, etc.)

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, acting as a focal point between multiple stakeholders in large-scale projects

Experience in vendor management, expediting, and coordination across engineering and supply chain functions
Role Overview
The role is that of a
Project Coordinator
based at the home office in Vadodara, Gujarat, acting as the central focal point for all project-related activities. The position requires close coordination with engineering, procurement, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, timely deliverables, and alignment across all functions.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of coordination at the home office for all project-related activities

Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, construction, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution

Float Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and follow up with vendors for timely submission of required documents and offers

Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial evaluation of vendor submissions
-
Arrange and facilitate technical clarification meetings and ensure timely closure of queries
-
Track and monitor vendor deliverables, drawings, and documentation, ensuring alignment with project schedules

Proactively expedite critical activities by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
-
Provide regular updates on overall project status and vendor deliverables to stakeholders
-
Compile, review, and coordinate vendor progress reports for onward submission

Conduct periodic progress review meetings with vendors and internal teams
-
Coordinate vendor kick-off meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation
-
Identify potential delays, highlight risks, and drive corrective actions in coordination with concerned teams

Support internal processes related to order placement and documentation as required

Coordinate inspection readiness, dispatch clearance, logistics, and delivery tracking to ensure timely material availability at site

Ensure effective communication flow between all parties and maintain proper documentation of project activities
