About the Role

Hareket is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to support heavy lifting and heavy transport projects in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, equipment mobilization, site operations, and communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, manpower planning, equipment mobilization, and daily operations.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics, HSE teams, clients, and subcontractors.

• Monitor crane deployment, heavy transport arrangements, and site readiness.

• Coordinate project documentation, including lifting plans, method statements, permits, and progress reports.

• Track project progress, resource utilization, deadlines, and outstanding activities.

• Prepare project reports and communicate operational challenges to the Project Manager.

• Support compliance with project requirements and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Engineering or Project Management is preferred.

• 5–8 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in heavy lifting, crane operations, heavy transport, or construction.

• Basic knowledge of cranes, lifting operations, and heavy transport equipment.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project scheduling tools is an advantage.

• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
