Job description

Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAE

Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction

Salary: AED 5,000–6,000 per month

Experience: 3–4 years minimum

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in the interior fit-out industry to coordinate and prepare technical proposals, tender submissions and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Estimation, Technical, Design, Procurement, Commercial and Project teams to collect the information required for submissions.

  • Prepare and compile technical proposals, tender documents and prequalification submissions.

  • Review tender requirements and ensure all requested documents are included in the submission.

  • Collect company profiles, project references, CVs, method statements, material specifications, technical datasheets and other supporting documents.

  • Follow up with different departments to obtain information and meet submission deadlines.

  • Check documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency and professional presentation before submission.

  • Maintain organised records of tender documents, submissions, approvals and revisions.

  • Track submission deadlines and provide regular updates to management.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Tender Coordinator or Technical Proposal Coordinator in interior fit-out or construction.

  • Good understanding of technical tender submissions and proposal preparation.

  • Experience coordinating with multiple departments to compile complete submissions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organisational, communication and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple submissions and meet tight deadlines.

  • UAE experience is preferred.
