Project Coordinator – Smart Home / Lighting (KNX)

Newme Smart Home Electronic Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate smart home and lighting projects from planning to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, technical teams, site teams, and contractors.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, site activities, and material requirements.

• Assist with technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers for materials and deliveries.

• Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.

• Support the team in resolving project and site-related issues.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in smart home, lighting, KNX, or MEP project coordination.

• KNX project experience is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with KNX smart home or building automation projects.

• Good knowledge of KNX, lighting control, and smart home systems.

• Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• UAE experience is preferred.

• Engineering or technical background is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
