Project Coordinator (Switchgear)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate switchgear projects from order receipt to final delivery.

• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.

• Coordinate with engineering teams for drawings, technical submittals, and approvals.

• Follow up with procurement, production, testing, and quality teams.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and track project progress.

• Coordinate FAT, inspection, testing, and client approvals.

• Monitor material availability and delivery schedules.

• Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to management and clients.

• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, approvals, inspection reports, and correspondence.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors when required.

• Identify project delays or technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• Ensure project activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.

• Practical knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, MCC, PCC, DBs, ATS, control panels, or related electrical systems.

• Ability to read and understand electrical single-line diagrams and technical drawings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with switchgear manufacturers, panel builders, EPC companies, or electrical contracting companies.

• Familiarity with IEC standards and electrical testing/FAT procedures

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
