Job description

Candidates with Degree/ Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation with minimum 3 years experience in handling similar jobs in UAE

Update project plans, track daily progress, and follow up with team members on upcoming deadlines.

Schedule stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, record accurate meeting minutes, and track assigned action items.

Prepare and organize project documents such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Equipment Datasheets, Instrument Index, General Arrangement Drawings, Equipment Layouts, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) etc.

Keeping an accurate track of safety permits, incident reports, and site compliance certifications.

Act as a central point of contact for team members, clients, vendors, and the project manager.

Coordinating with subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and third-party inspectors while managing variations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
