Project Coordinator – Security Systems

Job Description:

We are looking for an active, responsible, and technically skilled Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate ongoing security system projects. The candidate must be capable of coordinating with technicians, monitoring site activities, arranging materials, handling technical issues, and ensuring all projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Monitor and coordinate all ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion of site works.

• Coordinate with technicians, clients, suppliers, and management for smooth project execution.

• Manage material purchasing and ensure all materials meet project specifications and requirements.

• Capable of doing AutoCAD drawings for warehouses, factories, offices, and other commercial sites.

• Should handle SIRA portal procedures and related project documentation.

• Have practical knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems, and attendance machines, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and software-related works.

• Regularly visit AMC sites, monitor maintenance requirements, and ensure scheduled maintenance is completed on time.

• Attend customer complaints and coordinate with technicians to resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain project records, follow up on pending works, and provide regular progress updates to management.

• Be proactive, take responsibility, and show a willingness to learn new technologies and technical skills.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related technical field.

• Candidates holding a valid SIRA Card will have an added advantage.

• Relevant experience in security systems, ELV projects, or site coordination is preferred.

• Good knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, attendance systems, and SIRA portal procedures.

• Ability to work with AutoCAD drawings.

• Knowledge of IT, networking, and software-related works will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
