Job description

Position: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Daily supervision of site activities and contractors.
Conduct inspections to ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor project schedule and identify delays.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Record site issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Verify completed works before consultant inspections.
Maintain site documentation, photographs, and progress records.
Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years UAE construction/fit-out experience.
Ability to read drawings and specifications.
Experience preparing site reports and inspection requests.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Must have Valid UAE driving license.
Must have Valid Eid for more than 6 month

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

Construction in UAE: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Eid for more than 6 month (Required)
