Project Manager

• Manage infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, utilities, and related civil works.

• Coordinate with relevant UAE authorities, such as RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, and other applicable authorities.

• Obtain NOCs, work permits, design approvals, construction permits, and completion certificates.

• Prepare and submit drawings, technical documents, method statements, and other required submissions for authority approval.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and government authorities.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and HSE compliance.

• Follow up on authority comments and ensure timely approval and closure.

• Supervise site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures and NOC requirements.

• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and government departments.

• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
