About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join our PMO team in Riyadh and take ownership of day-to-day project delivery, client relationships, budgets, suppliers, risks, and project performance from award through close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from award to close-out.

• Manage day-to-day project delivery and act as the primary client relationship owner.

• Develop and manage project budgets, BOQs, vendor costs, forecasts, and margins.

• Lead supplier sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and procurement activities.

• Manage project risks, changes, milestones, and client approvals.

• Maintain accurate project data, documentation, and records within the ERP system.

• Lead weekly client alignment meetings and ensure timely sign-offs.

• Coordinate and delegate tasks across project teams and support junior team members.

• Prepare closing reports and final invoice packages.

• Escalate any risks affecting scope, budget, timeline, margin, or safety.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience

  in live events, exhibitions, or experiential delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Project Management, Event Management

  , or a related field.

• Strong experience managing projects from award through close-out.

• Proven client-facing and commercial experience, including budget and change discussions.

• Strong project lifecycle, budget, procurement, and change-control skills.

• Experience with

  ERP systems, Odoo, Excel, Google Workspace, AutoCAD viewers, Keynote, and PowerPoint

  .

• Strong negotiation, communication, delegation, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
