Job Description

Building Co. Best (BEST) L.L.C SP is seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring successful execution in accordance with approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management skills, with extensive experience in the construction industry and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation through completion and handover.

• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Supervise project teams and ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and other departments.

• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and project documentation.

• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and overall performance.

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, approved specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

• Identify potential project risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor project execution.

• Prepare and submit project progress reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

• Manage variations, claims, and project changes in coordination with the relevant departments.

• Ensure proper coordination of project handover and completion documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 20years of relevant experience in construction project management.

• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and cost control.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage project teams, resources, and multiple priorities effectively.

• Good knowledge of project schedules, contractual requirements, quality assurance, and HSE standards.

• Proficiency in project management tools and relevant engineering software.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
