Project Manager

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives are achieved while effectively managing stakeholders, risks, and dependencies.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

  • Track progress and ensure timely delivery within approved scope and budget.

  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and status reporting.

  • Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and processes.

  • Manage change requests and scope modifications.

  • Drive business, IT, and operational readiness activities.

  • Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Report project status, risks, and financials to senior management.

  • Ensure project benefits and business outcomes are realized.
