This Project Manager role focuses on supporting organisational design and the many local initiatives happening across the business. You will be the anchor who ensures governance, reporting, and sequencing are in place so executives can make confident decisions and teams can deliver with purpose.

We are seeking a Project Manager experienced in digital transformation delivery. If you thrive on bringing clarity to complexity, aligning diverse stakeholders, and helping organisations move forward together, this is where you belong.

  • Has digital transformation experience, with a proven track record managing enterprise change programs and multi‑stream delivery

  • Excels at stakeholder management - you can influence at the executive level and collaborate day‑to‑day with teams

  • Combines a commercial mindset with empathy for the not‑for‑profit sector

  • Is collaborative, resilient, adaptable, and above all, someone who simplifies complexity and enables delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of transformation projects across multiple streams

  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and sign‑off pathways

  • Provide clear, simple reporting to executives to support enterprise‑level decision making

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and drive resolution
