Project Manager – Business Development / Dewatering

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Business Development / Dewatering to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and provide technical support for dewatering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for dewatering and groundwater control services.

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key clients.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

• Provide technical input on dewatering methods, systems, equipment, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to develop practical and cost-effective solutions.

• Manage projects from initial enquiry through execution and completion.

• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract awards.

• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and additional works.

• Track market activity, upcoming projects, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dewatering, construction, technical sales, business development, or project management.

• Dewatering experience is highly preferred.

• Strong technical understanding of groundwater control and construction dewatering systems.

• Proven experience in client management, business development, and technical sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills.

• UAE construction market experience is an advantage.

• UAE driving license preferred.
