Project Manager – Electrical Utilities & Network Delivery

Western Sydney - Vehicle Provided - Embedded with Endeavour Energy

Join UGL and play a key role in delivering essential work across one of NSW's largest electricity distribution networks.

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, long-term partnership with Endeavour Energy and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of network maintenance, infrastructure and resource delivery projects. Working closely with Endeavour stakeholders, you'll help identify opportunities, scope and price work, coordinate resources and oversee successful delivery across Western Sydney and regional NSW.

You'll be embedded within the Endeavour Energy environment, building relationships across depots and leadership teams while helping grow the partnership and secure future work.

About the role

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for building relationships, identifying upcoming work opportunities and coordinating delivery across a range of electrical and power maintenance projects.

Success in this role comes from understanding client needs, bringing together the right resources, pricing and planning work, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

You'll spend time across Endeavour Energy depots throughout Western Sydney and surrounding regions, working alongside operational teams and decision-makers to understand future demand and support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Endeavour Energy stakeholders, acting as UGL's key point of contact for day-to-day project delivery.

  • Identify, scope, estimate and price work opportunities.

  • Develop project plans, delivery schedules and resource forecasts to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and mobilised.

  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials while managing the workforce/crew.

  • Monitor project performance, costs, risks and delivery milestones to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

About you

We're looking for a relationship-focused Project Manager who enjoys being out in the field, talking to clients and operational teams, and finding practical solutions.

You'll likely come from utilities, electrical infrastructure, network services, power distribution or an ASP contractor environment and understand how to coordinate people, resources and delivery outcomes.

  • Experience managing projects within utilities, electrical infrastructure, network services or similar contractor environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.

  • Experience scoping, estimating and pricing project work.

  • Project commercials experience, including cost control.

  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
