About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing project delivery across all phases, from analysis and pre-planning through implementation and closeout. The role provides project leadership for systems integration and is accountable for planning, execution, monitoring, financial management and successful project delivery.

Managing multiple projects with varying schedules, scopes and requirements, the Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Key Accountabilities

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Project Management & Delivery - Lead multiple projects from planning through to completion, managing scope, schedules, resources, quality, risks, changes and project reporting.

  • Stakeholder Management -Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, customers and project teams, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • HSEQ & Compliance -Ensure health, safety and quality requirements are met, including the development and management of HSEQ documentation, SWMS, Take 5s, pre-starts and Toolbox Talks, in line with WHS legislation and Company IMS requirements.

  • Financial Management - Monitor project financial performance, risks and costs, support monthly revenue forecasting, complete cost-to-complete reviews and submit progress claims in line with contractual requirements.

  • Resource & Logistics Management -Plan and coordinate project resources, staffing, scheduling, tools, materials, inductions and site requirements to ensure successful and timely delivery.

  • Risk & Contract Management - Identify and manage project risks, contractual obligations, issues and change requests, ensuring appropriate approvals and re-planning where required.

  • Quality & Project Closeout - Ensure effective Quality Assurance and Quality Control mechanisms are in place and manage project closeout and handover to Service and Finance.

  • Systems Integration & Documentation - Work with engineering and service delivery teams on installation and test plans, as-built documentation, manuals, training documentation, commissioning plans and system handover.

  • Procurement & Subcontractor Management - Support procurement to achieve best value for money and manage subcontractors in line with compliance, safety and project requirements.

  • People Leadership - Manage and mentor project staff, support resource planning and identify future talent requirements to meet the needs of the Security Division.

  • Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the development of standards, systems, policies and procedures within the Security Division and support staff retention and future resource planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Installation Security licence (per relevant state of employment) Security industry licence โ€“ subclasses 2B, 2C, 2D & 2ES.

  • Drivers licence.

  • Construction induction - white card.

  • Asbestos Awareness.

  • Working Safely with Asbestos.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Previous experience Administration and Project Management.

  • Commercial acumen and financial management.

  • Apply First Aid and CPR qualifications.

  • Mental Health Awareness.
