Job description

We are a contracting company based in Sharjah providing general construction services for commercial and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the UAE to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of project delivery, team leadership, budget management, planning, risk assessment

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with approved quality standards.

The Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution- develop comprehensive plans,schedules, budget and resource allocation strategies. Ensure project activities are aligned with company objectives and client expectations.

  2. Project Management and Coordination- Manage day-to-day project operations and coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants,and sub-contractors. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective action when required. Conduct regular meetings and provide updates on progress, risks and challenges.

  3. Budget & Cost Control

  4. Team Leadership and Resource Management -Lead, motivate and manage project teams to achieve project objectives. Coordinate manpower. equipment. materials and other resources efficiently.

  5. Risk Management- Identify potential project risks, delays, cost overruns and operational challenges. resolve project issues promptly and escalate critical matters to senior management when necessary.

6., Quality, Compliance & Safety.-Ensure project deliverables meet approved quality standards. Maintain compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, permits and authority requirements relevant to the project. Support the implementation of health, safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of UAE Experience.

  2. Good communication skills

  3. Have Society of Engineering card

  4. Have Drivers License

Experience:

  • Civil engineer in UAE: 10 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving license (Required)
