About the Company

Our client is a well-established Tier 1 and Tier 2 mechanical services contractors that has successfully operated throughout New South Wales for more than a decade.

Specialising in commercial HVAC construction and maintenance, they deliver high-quality mechanical projects across commercial office fit-outs, education, healthcare, industrial facilities and large-scale commercial construction.

With continued business growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Intermediate or Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial HVAC projects ranging from $2 million to $50 million throughout Sydney Metro and Western Sydney.

The business is recognised for its collaborative culture, long-term staff retention, and empowering its Project Managers with the autonomy to successfully deliver projects without unnecessary bureaucracy. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple commercial HVAC projects from commencement through to completion

• Oversee project budgets, forecasting and financial performance

• Manage subcontractors, Site Managers and client relationships

• Prepare and manage progress claims, variations and project reporting

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

• Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout each project

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• 2–5 years' experience in Project Management within commercial HVAC or mechanical services

• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or Mechanical Services

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and progress claims

• Demonstrated experience managing variations and contractual requirements

• Proven ability to lead Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams

• Successful track record delivering commercial HVAC projects

• Two recent professional references
