Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury residential and commercial fit-out projects from project award through final handover and defects liability period. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, procurement, quality, client communication, and successful project delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through completion and final close-out.

• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and construction programmes.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.

• Lead design coordination, RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals.

• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

• Manage project budgets, risks, variations, and programme recovery where required.

• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

• Coordinate defects rectification during the Defects Liability Period.

• Ensure all project documentation, approvals, warranties, and handover manuals are completed.

• Proven experience and strong working knowledge of approval procedures, site regulations, and project requirements for major UAE developers and community management authorities, including Nakheel, Trakhees, Emaar, Al Barari, Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), Kaizen, and Dubai Holding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in interior fit-out or construction with UAE

• Proven experience delivering luxury residential or high-end commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement, project planning, and contract administration.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

• UAE driving licence preferred
