Role Description

The Project Manager at Novo Club by Paragon Corp is a part-time remote role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering student-focused initiatives and programs. This role oversees project timelines, organizes virtual meetings and events, and ensures clear communication among student members, partners, and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include defining project objectives, tracking progress, managing online collaboration tools, and preparing status updates and reports. The Project Manager also supports resource allocation, risk identification, and process improvements to help projects run efficiently and align with Novo Club’s mission.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project coordination and Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor tasks, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects on schedule.

• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review outputs, ensure quality standards, and verify that project requirements are met.

• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize resources, manage remote activities, and support event and program execution.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience working with student or community programs, proficiency with online collaboration and project management tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders; prior leadership or coordination experience is an advantage.
