We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our team and work with our key client in a financial industry

The PM will be responsible for coordinating client migrations , working across a range of teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Financial Crime, Treasury and Service Transition.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end migration plans, timelines, and dependencies

• Running client working groups and providing regular status updates

• Coordinating onboarding activities and readiness assessments

• Overseeing testing, operational readiness, cutover planning, and implementation activities

• Managing risks, issues, and escalations through the appropriate governance forums

Skills:

• Strong project management experience delivering complex migrations or transformation programs

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across both internal and external teams

• Experience managing multiple workstreams at the same time

• A solid understanding of governance, reporting, and delivery planning

• Experience in Australian payments, banking, card processing, or other regulated financial services environments
