Project Manager - Pest Control

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Pest Control Project Manager with a background in Entomology to manage pest control operations, ensure effective service delivery, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across facility management sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pest control operations and ensure services are delivered according to project requirements.

• Conduct pest inspections, identify infestations, and implement effective pest management solutions.

• Supervise pest control technicians and ensure proper use of chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Prepare service schedules, inspection reports, and treatment records.

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and pest control regulations.

• Coordinate with clients and site teams to address pest-related complaints and service requests.

• Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions to maintain agreed service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Entomology or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in pest control operations, preferably within facility management.

• Strong knowledge of pest identification, infestation control, and integrated pest management (IPM).

• Fluent in English, with strong communication and reporting skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
