Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) โ Capital Planning & Portfolio Management to join our team in Doha.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Capital Planning, Portfolio Management, Programme Controls, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning, with the ability to manage and monitor large-scale capital investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

Lead annual and multi-year Capital and REPEX planning activities.

Support project evaluation, prioritization, approval, and portfolio monitoring.

Coordinate capital renewal, replacement, and infrastructure investment requirements.

Prepare and consolidate investment plans, business cases, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow requirements.

Monitor portfolio performance, expenditure, commitments, risks, and forecast accuracy.

Track approved budgets, actual expenditure, forecasts, and programme cash flow.

Prepare management reports and executive dashboards covering financial performance, project status, and risks.

Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and project stakeholders.

Identify budget variances, delivery constraints, and funding risks.

Support continuous improvement of capital planning, portfolio reporting, forecasting, and governance processes.
Requirements

Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Strong experience in Capital Planning, Portfolio Management, Programme Controls, REPEX Planning, or Investment Planning.

Proven experience managing significant capital budgets, forecasts, business cases, and executive reporting.

Experience within aviation, facilities management, infrastructure, transport, utilities, or other asset-intensive environments is preferred.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, investment appraisal, and portfolio management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Professional certification in Project, Programme, or Portfolio Management is an advantage.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
