Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – GIS & Field Data Collection to manage a large-scale project in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall project execution, field teams, supervisors, QC staff and daily operations.

• Coordinate directly with the Client, consultant and relevant authorities.

• Plan daily and weekly field activities, area allocation and manpower deployment.

• Monitor field productivity, quality, progress and project targets.

• Review GIS data, field submissions, photographs and collected attributes.

• Coordinate data correction, re-survey and QC requirements.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Manage project logistics, vehicles, tablets, access requirements and field resources.

• Ensure timely submission of collected data and resolution of field issues.

• Attend project meetings and represent the company in technical and operational discussions.

• Ensure project procedures, safety requirements and Client instructions are followed.

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic and English – mandatory.

• Strong experience in GIS, field survey or large-scale field data collection projects.

• Good knowledge of ArcGIS, Survey123, GIS databases and mobile data collection applications.

• Previous experience managing large field teams.

• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures for field and GIS data.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting and project tracking.

• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

• UAE project experience, especially with municipalities or government authorities, is highly preferred.

• UAE driving licence is preferred.

• Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
