Project Manager

• Lead and manage construction contractors and delivering projects through the construction phase.

• Lead the Multidisciplinary supervision team and manage day-to-day project operations.

• Ensure project delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget.

• Review and monitor contractor progress and performance.

• Manage project risks and implement mitigation measures.

• Conduct progress meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, quality standards, and programme commitments.

• Ensure safe delivery of works in accordance with project HSE requirements and industry best practices.

• Oversee inspection and testing activities.

• Ensure timely resolution of technical and contractual issues.

• Coordinate and manage site interfaces between contractors, authorities, designers, client stakeholders, and operational teams.

• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

• Review and monitor construction schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.

• Identify construction risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on programme and budget.

• Lead site inspections, quality reviews, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

• Support change management, variation reviews, and commercial assessments.

• Chair site meetings and coordinate resolution of technical & delivery-related issues.

• Ensure construction activities comply with statutory regulations, permits, and operational constraints.

• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior stakeholders and programme leadership. Track project KPIs and recommend corrective actions where required.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across the project team.
