Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage construction contractors and delivering projects through the construction phase.

· Lead the Multidisciplinary supervision team and manage day-to-day project operations.

· Ensure project delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget.

· Review and monitor contractor progress and performance.

· Manage project risks and implement mitigation measures.

· Conduct progress meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

· Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, quality standards, and programme commitments.

· Ensure safe delivery of works in accordance with project HSE requirements and industry best practices.

· Oversee inspection and testing activities.

· Ensure timely resolution of technical and contractual issues.

· Coordinate and manage site interfaces between contractors, authorities, designers, client stakeholders, and operational teams.

· Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

· Review and monitor construction schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.

· Identify construction risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on programme and budget.

· Lead site inspections, quality reviews, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

· Support change management, variation reviews, and commercial assessments.

· Chair site meetings and coordinate resolution of technical & delivery-related issues.

· Ensure construction activities comply with statutory regulations, permits, and operational constraints.

· Prepare and present project progress reports to senior stakeholders and programme leadership. Track project KPIs and recommend corrective actions where required.

Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across the project team.

Accreditation/ Certification;

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

· Possess Grade-A accreditation from UPDA-Qatar.

Possess Holds valid PMP Certificate from PMI.

Post Qualification Work Experience Required:

Minimum 15 Years’ experience (For graduate degree holders) in PMC/Construction Supervision services with minimum 5 years' experience in Gulf region as Project Manager in consultancy companies.

Minimum 12 Years’ experience (For post-graduate degree holders) in PMC/Construction Supervision with minimum 5 years' experience in Gulf region as Project Manager in consultancy companies.

Communication Skills:

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Software Literacy:

Proficiency in Project Management and collaboration platforms (e.g., PROCURE, Aconex, Primavera P6, MSP.

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
