Project Manager

SHAFA Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Construction, Fit-Out & Finishing for our project at Ethiopia, t o lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage building construction from foundations and structural works through architectural finishing and final handover.

• Oversee fit-out and finishing activities, including flooring, tiling, painting, gypsum partitions, ceilings, joinery, and interior works.

• Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment.

• Lead site teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Monitor productivity, control costs, minimise wastage, and ensure timely snagging and handover.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in building construction, fit-out, and finishing projects.

• Proven experience in project management, site execution, team leadership, and cost control.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and project planning tools.

• Experience in international projects is an advantage.
