Job Description:

Shomoos Al Ghad, a leading Abu Dhabi-based branding and signage company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on knowledge of signage and project execution — including internal and external traffic signs, signage work, architectural metal work, and BOQ/drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution across signage and related production departments

• Manage internal and external traffic signage projects from planning through installation

• Oversee signage work and architectural metal work fabrication and installation

• Review and interpret BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical drawings for accurate project execution

• Set up and structure a new project management department, including workflows and staffing

• Provide training to new employees on technical skills and quality standards

• Establish and enforce quality control throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams from project kickoff through final installation

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience; signage/advertising industry experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of internal and external traffic signs and signage work

• Experience with architectural metal work

• Good BOQ and technical drawing awareness

• Experience setting up or scaling a project management function

• Strong leadership, planning, and quality-management skills

• UAE experience preferred
