Our client is a trusted national provider of signage solutions, delivering quality projects across the hospitality, commercial, education, healthcare, retail and corporate sectors.

As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Western Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on professional who enjoys managing projects from start to finish, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of signage projects, coordinating all aspects of delivery from initial handover post sale through to installation and final completion / sign-off. For the right individual, this role also offers genuine opportunities for career progression into senior operational leadership.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably, while maintaining the high standards of quality and service for which they are known.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple commercial signage projects from handover through to final completion / sign-off.

• Coordinating clients, architects, builders, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams.

• Developing and maintaining project programmes, timelines and installation schedules.

• Managing project budgets, costs and financial performance to achieve commercial objectives.

• Conducting site inspections and attending project and client meetings.

• Monitoring quality assurance and ensuring works meet project specifications and required standards.

• Identifying project risks, resolving issues and implementing practical solutions or new processes.

• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

• Providing clear and regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

About You

You are an organised, proactive and commercially aware Project Manager who takes pride in delivering projects to a high standard. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, resolving challenges and bringing multiple stakeholders together to achieve a common goal.

To be successful, you will bring:

• At least five years' project management experience.

• Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

• A high level of attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

• Experience within commercial signage, construction, fit-out, manufacturing or a related industry.

• Commercial acumen, including an understanding of budgets, costs and project profitability.

• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

• A current Australian driver's license.
