Project Manager

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Project / Programme Manager) to join a national eHealth programme.

THE ROLE

Plan and control eHealth projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, stakeholders and operational readiness are managed using recognised project-management methods.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or paramedical discipline.

• Minimum of 7 years in a relevant role, including at least 3 years in project management.

• Healthcare technology project-management experience across clinical systems or national digital-health solutions.

• Experience managing plans, WBS, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors and reporting.

• Working knowledge of recognised methodologies such as PMP/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid delivery.

KEY SKILLS

• Integrated project plans, WBS, milestones and critical path

• Scope, budget, resource and commercial controls

• RAID management, change control, dependencies and escalation

• Steering committees, dashboards, minutes, decisions and action tracking

• Vendor, healthcare-provider and multidisciplinary stakeholder management

• Testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare and service transition

• Benefits realisation, acceptance, closure and lessons learned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification

• Delivery of national HIE, EMR/HIS, e-prescription or health-insurance platforms

• Experience working within a programme or project management office (PMO)

• Experience managing multiple providers, integrators or parallel workstreams
