Project Manager-Stations

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring a Project Manager-Stations for major Railway Project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall construction activities for railway stations using

  Top-Down Construction Method

  .

• Oversee excavation, diaphragm walls, piling, structural works, slabs, waterproofing, and station structures.

• Manage construction planning, sequencing, resources, productivity, and project schedule.

• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, MEP, Railway Systems, and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and authority requirements.

• Resolve technical and construction issues and manage project interfaces.

• Monitor subcontractor performance, cost, quality, and progress.

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary construction teams.

• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, authorities, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

• 20+ years of construction experience

  , with significant experience in railway/metro or underground station projects.

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Top-Down Construction Method

  and deep excavation.

• Experience with diaphragm walls, piling, temporary works, structural concrete, and underground structures.

• UAE/GCC and major railway project experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
