Job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE construction experience with proven expertise in managing G+12/G+ Unlimited projects from planning to completion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of UAE construction experience as a Project Manager (Mandatory)

  • Experience handling G+12 or Unlimited building projects (Mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

  • Engineering License / Society Membership will be considered an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of construction project management, site execution, and project delivery

  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities

  • Excellent understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion

  • Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards

  • Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal departments

  • Monitor project progress, resources, materials, and manpower

  • Review project plans, drawings, and technical documents

  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions

  • Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Skills Required:

  • Strong project planning and execution skills

  • Excellent knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

  • Strong reporting and documentation skills

Salary: AED 10,000 (Based on experience and qualifications) Experience: 10+ Years (UAE Construction Mandatory)
