Project Manager

The Project Manager – Fit-Out is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering interior fit-out projects from project commencement through final handover. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments, and ensuring that projects are completed within the approved budget, timeline, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fit-out projects from commencement to final handover.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress, costs, procurement, and manpower allocation.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE safety regulations.

• Manage project documentation, variations, snagging, and handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, finishing materials, and MEP coordination.

• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
