  • Commercial Documentation: Maintain accurate records of submitted IPAs, certified payments, outstanding amounts, variation registers, measurement sheets, material delivery documentation, site progress records, and commercial correspondence.

  • Final Account and Payment Follow-Up: Assist with final account preparation, reconciliation of subcontract values, outstanding variation claims, payment discrepancies, and closure of commercial accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in Interim Payment Application (IPA) preparation and submission.

  • Strong working knowledge of variations, variation orders, variation claims, additional works, and claims substantiation.

  • Experience with payment certification, interim valuations, measurement and valuation, under-certification, and payment follow-up.

  • Practical knowledge of subcontract administration, contractual terms, commercial documentation, and coordination with main contractor QS teams.

  • Ability to prepare accurate payment applications, measurement sheets, variation submissions, and supporting commercial records.

  • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE. Immediate joiners are preferred.
