We're Hiring: Project Technical Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Technical Manager to support the Project Manager and Design Team in the technical aspects of interior design, fit-out, and construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of construction documents, shop drawings, and technical coordination, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.

• Ensure drawings and technical submissions comply with project requirements, specifications, and design intent.

• Coordinate technical matters between the Design, Procurement, and Execution departments.

• Support the Project Manager and Design Team in resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams on technical requirements.

• Review material submittals, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Identify discrepancies between design drawings, site conditions, and construction requirements.

• Assist in ensuring smooth project execution through effective technical coordination and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience as a Technical Engineer, Technical Manager, or in a similar role.

• Experience in interior design, fit-out, and construction projects is essential.

• Strong knowledge of construction documents, shop drawings, and technical coordination.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and project specifications.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and execution teams.
