We are looking for a
QA Automation Engineer
with strong hands-on experience in
Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing, Automation Testing, and Airline Booking/Reservation systems
.
Mandatory Skills
✅ 5+ years of QA/Testing experience
✅ Strong hands-on
Automation Testing
experience
✅ Strong
Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing
experience
✅
Airline domain experience is mandatory
✅ Hands-on testing of
Airline Booking / Reservation / PNR workflows
✅ End-to-end and integration testing experience
Airline Booking Experience Should Include
• Flight search & availability
• PNR / reservation creation
• Passenger details & fare selection
• Payment & ticketing
• Manage My Booking
• Flight change / cancellation / refund
• CRM integration with airline reservation and downstream systems
