QA/QC Engineer - Construction

Naresco Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.

• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality requirements.

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and project teams.

• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.

• Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective action reports.

• Coordinate material inspections and ensure materials comply with approved specifications.

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and project documentation.

• Monitor concrete works, structural works, finishing works, and other construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and relevant ISO quality management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.

• Experience with building construction projects in the UAE is preferred.

• Good knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, ITPs, NCRs, and method statements.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

• Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
