QA QC Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring that all construction activities, materials, and completed works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable standards, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC procedures and inspection plans.

• Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

• Conduct inspections and ensure construction activities comply with approved requirements.

• Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, inspection requests, and quality records.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams regarding quality-related matters.

• Monitor material quality and verify compliance with approved specifications.

• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

• Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and project records.

• Assist in preparing quality reports and ensuring timely closure of inspection comments and NCRs.

• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction or engineering projects.

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspection processes, and technical documentation.

• Familiarity with relevant international standards and construction specifications.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/document-control software.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 per month
