Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications, dashboards, APIs, AI-powered solutions, and chatbot platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual testing, API testing, end-to-end workflow validation, and excellent communication skills. Experience with AI Agentic systems and chatbot testing will be highly preferred.

Experience:

2-3 Years

Location -Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Workflow Testing.

• Conduct API Testing using Postman or similar tools.

• Test web applications, dashboards, and reporting modules.

• Validate AI Agent workflows and Chatbot functionalities.

• Identify, track, and retest defects.

• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.

• Work closely with Developers and Product Teams to ensure quality delivery.

• Ensure excellent user experience through thorough testing and validation.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Software Testing/QA.

• Strong knowledge of Functional and API Testing.

• Experience in Dashboard and Application Testing.

• Exposure to AI Agentic Systems and Chatbot Testing.

• Understanding of End-to-End Business Workflow Validation.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, or similar testing tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of Code Testing/Automation Testing.

• Experience working in Agile environments.
