We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused QA Tester / Automation Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software applications. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, software testing, automation, and improving product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks.
• Analyze test results and investigate software failures and unexpected behaviors.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to test planning and strategy.
• Validate software functionality across different platforms, browsers, and environments.
• Perform API testing and database validation when required.
• Conduct performance, reliability, and basic security testing where applicable.
• Maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality assurance records.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into development workflows.
• Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards and business requirements.
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in software testing, QA, or test automation is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of software development and software testing life cycles.
• Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and automated testing concepts.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
• Understanding of SQL and database testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify software issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong interest in software quality, automation, and emerging technologies.
